Macro tracking
Keeping track of the protein, carbs, and fats in what you eat, alongside calories.
Macros — short for macronutrients — are protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Macro tracking means paying attention to how much of each you eat, usually to hit a goal like more protein or fewer calories.
You don't have to weigh everything; careful estimates are often enough to guide better choices.
